Shelby Layne LMHC
We can all benefit from the support therapy offers in some way. No matter how big or small our issues, the human experience is not easy. I strive to make my clients experience both meaningful and safe. Everyone is welcome in my office at all stages of their healing. I look forward to meeting you and working alongside you to improve your quality of life!
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I received my Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a minor in Psychology from Indiana University in 2014. I completed my Master’s Degree with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Purdue in 2019.
I believe that I learn from each of my clients. I have found a passion for serving individuals that want to create awareness and begin healing from their past experiences. I encourage my clients to develop better relationships with themselves while creating hope for the future. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Gottman Couples Counseling. I also specialize in Trauma/PTSD, Grief & Loss, Anxiety, Depression, and Relationship Issues.
I am currently accepting new clients beginning in March. Please contact me directly to schedule or with any questions. I will be hosting in person client sessions at Isch Wellness Center, through Isch Counseling Services LLC. Please visit the wellness website for more information.
