Breathwork is a guided practice that uses controlled, rhythmic breathing techniques to influence your emotional, mental, and physical well-being. By engaging in deeper or more intense breaths than usual, you can create a heightened state of awareness. This shift in consciousness can help you access buried emotions, reduce mental clutter, and foster a sense of inner calm. Greg, who has been practicing breathwork for several years, has found it immensely useful in helping him process unresolved feelings and find greater clarity in everyday life.
