Heal your past, live in the present, and create your ideal future

WELCOME!We are so glad you are here!

ABOUT

Our practice specializes in the treatment of PTSD and other traumas through the use of holistic counseling, EMDR, LENS and other wellness modalities. Our counselors work with adults, couples, children, teens, and families and each has their own special approach to treatment.

Established as a single office practice in 2015, Isch Counseling Services LLC. has expanded to incorporate many additional counselors with varying specialties. In addition to that expansion, as of 2021 it has grown to offer other treatment modalities at the Isch Wellness Center located in Sleepy Hallow business offices, it's just a walk across the parking lot. It boasts a fun group of practitioners who share the common passion for helping others along the wellness journey.

Insurance Submission

We are in-network with most major commercial insurance plans. Our billing specialist will be happy to verify any mental health benefits prior to scheduling. Please keep in mind, benefit verification is just an estimate and not a guarantee of payment by your insurance company. At this time, we are NOT in network with Medicaid, Medicare, HIP, or any EAPs.

We are in-network with the following companies:

  • All Savers

  • Anthem

  • PHP

  • Signature Care

  • Tricare

  • UMR

  • United Healthcare

  • Three Rivers Preferred

  • Lutheran Preferred

  • If you have an insurance company we are not in-network with, you have the option of becoming a self-pay client.  Cash prices vary, depending on the counselor.

Healing is not one size fits all, it is multi-faceted and needs to be treated as such.

WE HONOR YOUR JOURNEY

Our practices remain open-minded, accepting, and understanding.

The wellness journey is one that cannot be escaped. It can be easier at times and harder at others. All of our professionals are currently walking along on their own wellness journeys and speak not only from training and schooling, but also from a place of experience and empathy.

A DIFFERENT APPROACH

Balancing the MIND, BODY, and SOUL

to create ONE WHOLE.

Trauma causes an imbalance in the mind, body, and soul. It creates static and density in the connection where there should be light and clarity. We strive to assist you in the assessment, preparation, and implementation processes of healing. This ensures a more cohesive treatment path that leads to life long wellness, not temporary relief of symptoms.
