My style as a therapist is collaborative and empathetic. In sessions with individuals and couples, I utilize Internal Family Systems and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I use the Gottman Method specifically when working with couples, and I have completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
I have a Master’s Degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am passionate about helping couples find ways to work through issues related to communication, intimacy, infidelity, and grief. I chose the field of counseling because I believe there is power in being vulnerable and in sharing emotions, even when it’s difficult and scary! I want to walk alongside you as you process, heal, grow, and learn.
When I’m not in classes or working, I enjoy playing volleyball, eating ice cream, and going on walks with my wife. My faith and my family are very important to me, and I love to laugh and spend time with others!
I am accepting new clients and am available for in person and virtual appointments. Depending on the insurance company, I may be able to accept insurance. If you have any questions or would like to request an appointment, please email email@example.com.
